30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to start a return.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is significantly different from the listing description (wrong item, major undisclosed flaw, etc.).
Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days via the original payment method.
Pre-Loved Items
All items are pre-loved and may show normal signs of wear consistent with their age and use. These details are disclosed in each listing and are not considered grounds for a return.
